Chief Medical Director - Health Plan Opportunity Description

Our client is a new managed care provider in the Tampa, FL area. They are in search of a Health Plan Medical Director. Candidates must be licensed in Florida. Managed Care experience is required. Leadership experience is preferred. The physician will oversee a Care Management and be responsible for denial sign offs. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.

Chief Medical Director - Health Plan Requirements

• Licensed Physician in the State of Florida.
• Managed Care with Medicare Advantage experience
• Leadership experience preferred.

Chief Medical Director - Health Plan Responsibilities

• Oversight of care management team.
• Committed to denial sign-off and authorization obligations.
• Teach, educate, and develop staff.
