LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a permanent opportunity in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate should exhibit a high attention to detail, be a team player, and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery requests, motions and other litigation-based documentation.

• Discovery management

• Prepare attorneys for all court-related appearances

• Manage caseload and clients under the supervision of the attorney(s)

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience

• Paralegal certificate or FRP preferred

• Maintains a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
