Overview:
The objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Director of Contracts and Quality, as well as to Division Executives, Program Managers, and Project Managers, by serving as the primary point of contact for contract administration, project control, and pricing/cost analysis. The role focuses on ensuring effective contract management, financial monitoring, and performance reporting, while maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and attention to detail. Additionally, the role requires proactive collaboration to achieve contract performance objectives, support leadership reviews, and contribute to the company's growth and success with Federal clients.

Responsibilities:
Report directly to Director, Contracts and Quality, with primary support to Division Executives, Program Managers, and Project Managers.

Operate within established guidelines to serve as the Headquarters' principal point of contact for daily, routine focus area actions in (1) contract administration, (2) project control, and (3) pricing and cost analysis.

Prepare monthly and weekly reports.

Gather background information, prepare analyses, and provide recommendations within the position's work scope for program/project manager reviews with clients and for company leadership/program management reviews.

Maintain the CostPoint contracts module and the contracts-related fields of the Division Personnel Tracker.

Monitor and report on contract burn rates and capture, monitor, and report on financial and workforce figures and projections.

Conduct labor market surveys and provide recommendations for position pay rates for existing work and for proposals/quotes.

Recommend and implement approved Key Performance Indicators to achieve client and company contract performance objectives.

Ensure work conforms to required quality and timeliness expectations.

Qualifications:
Successful applicants will have a proven record of successful experience in at least one of the position's three focus areas, (2) have a sense of urgency with regard to leadership and management inquiries, (3) demonstrate strong communication (written and oral) skills, (4) be process-oriented with a strong organizational capability, (5) show exceptional attention to detail in all endeavors, (6) have a proactive approach to daily activities and completion of project/contract requirements, and (7) a desire to advance with a growing professional services company focused on Federal clients.

A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Federal clients in one or more of the position's focus areas.

Experience working with Deltek CostPoint.

Proven experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and detailed reports for executives/management, specifically in project contracting and financials.

Desired:

Specific experience maintaining and using the CostPoint contract module.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

Preferred:

Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certification(s):
Preferred Qualifications:

Special consideration will be given to candidates holding a PMI PMP, CAPM, or a similar project management credential
