As Deputy Program Manager supporting U.S. CENTCOM's Joint Intelligence and Operations Center (JIOC) you will have the opportunity to assist managing a $500 million-dollar multi-task order contract. The Deputy Program Manager shall provide program management for all subtask areas to include: Task Planning, Preparation, and Execution (Establish Baseline and Metrics); Resource Management (Personnel); Task/Project Budget Management and Cost Reporting (Cost Controls); Schedule and Task Performance Oversight; Risk Management; Quality Assurance and Controls; Reporting and Deliverables Management; Security Management; Strategic Planning; Situation Assessment and Recommendations; Anticipatory Support as required. As the Deputy Program Manager, you will ensure all approved tasks/projects are planned, coordinated and communicated with Government personnel as appropriate. You will ensure all tasks/projects are delivered following the Government approved priorities, schedule, and budget. Provide continuous status for all approved tasks/projects, to include deviations and remediation strategies. Ensure all task/project information is reported and tracked and that the Government shall have complete, unfettered access to all data in applicable databases. More About the Role: As the CACI Deputy Program Manager supporting the U.S. CENTCOM JIOC contract you will help manage all aspects of a dynamic intelligence missions support program to support the CENTCOM J2's primary Lines of Effort (LOEs). The Deputy Program Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior management. Directly contributes to the program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. Will utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled resources and report on the progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review programmatic documents. Will ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff - both direct and indirect You'll Bring These Qualifications: Active TS/SCI Clearance Bachelors Degree 10 years + project management experience, program management experience, and supervisory experience managing people Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent) Expert understanding of how to conduct business practices and leverage large company resources Experience coordinating with corporate level PMO's Expert knowledge of the intelligence production cycle and the analytical processes that drive collection, targeting, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), and strategic plans Multi-COCOM experience JIOC experience CENTCOM specific analytic and/or deployed experience Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with senior military and government civilian officials, managers, and subordinates These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: MBA or equivalent All-Source Intelligence Analysis and Production experience that adhere to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's) Previous experience managing CACI specific programs and/or projects What We Can Offer You: We've been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
