Responsibilities The HR Generalist/Executive Assistant (HREA) provides full-time basic office and HR functions to high-level military officers. As the HREA, your responsibilities would include: Providing performance management, policy implementation, time and labor, recruitment and employment, talent management, and billet management Reviewing and processing awards, coordinating meetings, and performing day-to-day operational matters
Serving as a liaison between Human Capital and other divisions to facilitate achievement of business objectives Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs and ensuring HR programs and services are following established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations Creating reports on issues discussed during meetings, conferences, or other forums conducted by the Government with other parties Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects Performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with senior HR management and Operations Management in supporting various demographic locations Possessing the ability to interpret and apply complex directives and instructions; and effectively prepare documents and present information related to organizational, administrative, and procedural matters
Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Physical Requirements TS/SCI clearance (current within the last three (3) years)
Bachelor's degree or five (5) years' experience Human Resources
Experience working with Human Resources software or systems (i.e., PeopleSoft)
Military experience is highly desired
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, and use of computers; this position may also require the occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
