Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant:

• The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Support the accounting manager in preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• The Junior Accountant will collaborate with various departments to track project expenses, monitor budgets, and prepare cost reports
• The Junior Accountant will assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
• Special projects as assigned to help with the accounting department

Qualifications for the Junior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. This position is fully on-site.
