Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Lead Production Support Analyst for a RIGHT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Financial services clients in Tampa, FL .

Required Skills:

Core skill experience in Java/J2EE, Unix, Linux, Windows

Experience on Cloud Technologies (AWS services (S3,EC2,Lambda,SQS,IAM roles), Azure, OpenShift, RDS Aurora, Postgress)

Experience on Middleware experience (Solace, Tomcat, Liberty Server, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss)

Familiarity working with relational databases (DB2, Oracle, Snowflake) and PL/SQL

Exposure to Messaging Queue Systems (IBM MQ, Oracle AQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Knowledge Monitoring and Data Tools experience (Splunk, DynaTrace, Thousand Eyes, Grafana, Selenium,HiPam IBM Zolda)

knowledge of Scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby, Shell, Perl, JavaScript

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Mainframe troubleshooting and support skills (COBOL, JCL, DB2, DB2 Stored Procedures, CICS, SPUFI, File aid)

Exposure to Mainframe scheduling (Job abends, Predecessor/Successor)
