Job Number: R Offensive Cybersecurity Engineer
Key Role: Develop sof tware and hardware solutions on a variety of te chn ology platforms. Work in a dynamic team to accomplish bleeding-edge work in reverse engineering, offensive cyber curriculum development, and non-traditional penetration testing. Innovate solutions to complex cyber risk problems. Apply te chn ical solutions working in virtualized environments and travel in support of client requirements for offensive-focused cyber training exercises. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working in Windows and Linux environments
Experience with programming and scripting, including with Python, C, or C++
Experience with Kali Linux
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 50% of the time
TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: Experience performing reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis of sof tware binaries
Experience with network penetration testing
Experience working with IoT devices
Experience working on CAN bus protocols
Experience working in virtualized environments
Bachelor's degree
OSCP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
