Program Manager Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Required Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI Possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMI Project Management Professional certification. A minimum of three years' experience (within the last seven years) directly supporting projects that require working knowledge of CWMD operations, issuances, and policies. A minimum of three years' experience (within the last seven years) leading the implementation of programs or projects (desired) Job Objective The purpose of the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Support Task Order is to provide subject matter expertise to conduct strategic studies and assessments for the analysis, assessment, and synchronization of the Unified Command Plan CWMD mission for USSOCOM to synchronize the global DoD CWMD mission more effectively. Responsibilities Assign tasks to contractor personnel, supervising, ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall TO performance Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, including both technical issues and business processes Support the DoD and USSOCOM's CWMD planning efforts through strategic planning, coordination, and organization to achieve defined organizational end states. Support in enhancing strategic planning across the full spectrum of DoD and USSOCOM's CWMD efforts to ensure robust response capabilities against WMD threats Work Location Tampa, FL with OCONUS travel About Lukos Lukos delivers professional services to the Department of Defense.
