We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Land Development Engineer (PE) who's ready to dive into high-impact projects and make a difference in how people live, work, and thrive!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop: Plan and design residential, commercial, and industrial development projects for national and local land developers. From lot layout and grading to stormwater management and utilities, your work will leave a lasting mark on communities.
• Collaborate and Create: Work closely with a team of talented engineers and technical staff to deliver top-notch consulting services to land developers. Your leadership will drive successful project outcomes.
• Daily Interaction: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multi-office environment. You'll be the glue that holds everything together, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

What You Bring:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering with a strong foundation in land development.
• EIT Certification and on the path to obtaining your P.E. License (or already licensed!).
• 5-15 years of hands-on experience in land development
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is preferred (but your problem-solving skills are a must).
• Sense of Urgency & Initiative: You're always one step ahead, meeting deadlines and pushing projects forward with energy and enthusiasm.
