Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Logistics Planner and Graphics Support Specialist in Tampa, Florida. This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles and Responsibilities Perform logistics planning actions
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to address a wide range of problems
Support team with equipment and supply needs
Create graphics in PowerPoint, Publisher, Photoshop, and other graphics software
Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and schedules; coordinating, setting up, and attending meetings; taking notes; printing documents; creating presentation slides; and coordinating travel and creating itineraries Prepare briefs, presentations, papers, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access)Required Qualifications and Experience Three years of experience working with U.S. military personnel at the strategic and operational levels
Three years of experience developing verbal and written products
Three years of experience planning large-scale events
Two years of experience using web-based programs, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, as well as Adobe Photoshop and other graphics software
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
