As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled HR Recruiting Specialist to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in recruiting for both field workers and salaried managerial positions, ensuring a seamless hiring process that supports the companys continued success.


Job Summary:
The HR Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a variety of positions ranging from field labor roles to mid- and senior-level management. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working with diverse job types. This role will involve building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the best fit for both parties.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Full-cycle recruiting for field workers and salaried managerial roles.

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach.

  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the interview process.

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, trade schools, and industry associations to expand the candidate pipeline.


Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Experience recruiting both field workers and salaried professionals.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
