Requirements:

• FL License
• 1.5 Years ICU Experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• 2 years experience preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: Epic
• Float: Will float to all 3 hospitals
• Locals accepted
• All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
