We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end, ground-up custom homes in West Palm Beach. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of custom homebuilding from start to finish.

Description

  • Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction for custom homes, ensuring quality and adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Manage on-site activities, including subcontractors and vendors, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure that all specifications and expectations are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate materials and equipment deliveries, managing resources efficiently.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role, specifically in the construction of ground-up custom homes. They must have a thorough understanding of the entire construction process, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Florida building codes and experience working in the state is required. A proactive problem-solver with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work is essential.
