Job description

About Proformance Builder Solutions:

Proformance Builder Solutions is a leading B2B construction services provider, specializing in roofing, drywall, painting, siding, and house wrap for new residential construction. Founded in 2016, we have completed over 15,000 roofing installations and have recently expanded our service offerings to meet the growing demands of residential builders across the state. Our mission is to be the safest, quickest, and lowest-cost provider in the industry, delivering high-quality services to builders on time and on budget.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This entry-level position is critical to supporting our revenue operations by analyzing sales performance, customer account financials, and market penetration data. The Revenue Operations Analyst will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will work closely with the sales and operations teams to provide actionable insights that help drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to assess performance metrics, revenue trends, and growth opportunities within key accounts
  • Evaluate customer account financials, including profitability analysis, to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for margin
  • Support the tracking of service expansion into existing accounts (e.g., adding drywall and painting services to existing roofing clients)
  • Gather and interpret market penetration data to assess Proformance's position in the construction services market and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights on revenue performance, customer profitability, and market trends to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the sales, finance, and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations that support the company's revenue and growth goals.
  • Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes to help ensure accurate revenue projections.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide insights on pricing strategies, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Relevant internships or coursework is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • A basic understanding of profitability metrics, sales performance analysis, and market research.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the construction services industry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience or knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in residential new construction, is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is a plus.
  • Experience with financial modeling or data analysis software (e.g., SQL) is a bonus

Pay: $25-$30/hour
