Rockstar is recruiting for a boutique wealth management group based in Alpharetta. The firm has been helping clients for almost two decades using their proprietary planning process. The founders of the firm have been covered extensively in both local & national media & they are now looking to grow their Alpharetta-based team.

The firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This crucial role involves providing support to the team, interacting professionally with clients and prospects, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will be integral to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments

Provide administrative support to the team

Document and file meeting notes systematically for easy team access

Follow up on outstanding items until projects are completed correctly and on time

Manage calendars and emails

Oversee marketing campaign management

Execute set-up and take-down logistics for prospect and client events

Follow approved timelines to execute key business objectives

Own core business projects that drive firm growth

Ensure completion of essential business growth projects

Document and provide input for business-advancing marketing campaigns

Create a warm, welcoming office environment for prospects and clients

Conduct meeting reminder calls following a script to cover all details

Organize and manage local events, including set-up and clean-up

Work with Microsoft suite, CRM, and various office technologies

Capture important client and prospect information

Maintain office supplies regularly

Skills & Experience Required:

1-3 years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience with Customer Relationship Management software preferred

Desire to be part of a purpose-driven team that supports others
