Description:

  • Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract-related documents and gives proactive advice.

  • Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and / or processes. (e.g legal questionnaire)

  • Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy.

  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations.

  • Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes.

  • Review contracts terms and conditions throughout America making sure they are according to client's guideline.

  • Interfacing with stakeholders in different countries

  • Participating in meetings with customers to negotiate T&Cs adjustments
