Description:

Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract-related documents and gives proactive advice.

Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and / or processes. (e.g legal questionnaire)

Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy.

Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations.

Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes.

Review contracts terms and conditions throughout America making sure they are according to client's guideline.

Interfacing with stakeholders in different countries

Participating in meetings with customers to negotiate T&Cs adjustments
