Rate Range: $60-$70/Hr
Job Description:
The Digital Implementation Project Manager leads and manages the end-to-end implementation of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital platforms and tools.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing resources, driving change, and ensuring that digital solutions meet client and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.
Manage client expectations and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and analysts.
Assign tasks and manage resources to ensure the successful execution of the project.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively resolve issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Track project costs and report on financial performance to senior management.
Optimize resource allocation to achieve project goals.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the final digital solution meets quality standards and business requirements.
Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the integrity of the implementation.
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned from each project.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and post-implementation reviews.
Document and share best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital implementation or technology projects.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and technologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
