Your opportunity
Were looking for a
Manufacturing Sustaining Engineer
to join our Manufacturing team in
Americus, GA.
Youll be responsible for providing 3rd line (assembly) support for manufacturing.

What youll do
Product reconfiguration, customization, and reengineering to meet customer requirements.
Identify alternate components for supply gaps/FAP (Fast Action Process) for supplier issues andproduct cost downs.
Increase productivity by digitizing tasks where it adds value.
Maintain Bill of Material (BOM) and Technical Product Documentation (TPD); update and control changes made on products/BOMs via Product Lifecycle Management System andSAP/ERP system.
Participate during NPDL (New Product Development & Launch) phase on D/P-FMEA (Distributed/Process - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) sessions and support Engineering Project Managers in DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) and DfSC (Design for Supply Chain).
Oversee local approbation lab, as needed
What youll need
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Manufacturing/production work experience (internship experience qualifies); comfortable working in both a manufacturing and office environment
Proficient in CAD
Experience with problem-solving tools used in change management (i.e. 8D, 5 Whys, etc.)
Agile with exposure to and knowledge of Lean principles
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary:
$63,900 - 87,780
Bonus:
target bonus opportunity - 5%
