Business Analyst II This position requires an active NACI clearance or the ability to obtain a NACI clearance to be considered. As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen. Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Business Analyst 2 who will provide analytical and operational support for the Immunization Program Operations (OPS) Team, focusing on cooperative agreement (CoAg) support and team project management. This role involves evaluating data and operations processes to ensure CDC's immunization goals are met. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Business Analyst II: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Business Analyst II Responsibilities Include: Analyze CoAg project data, preparing reports for program evaluation and operational improvement. Support project planning and coordination efforts for OPS Team and CoAg management. Work closely with CDC staff and awardees to track, document, and improve CoAg operational processes. Identify areas for process optimization and provide recommendations for operational efficiency improvements. Develop project plans, timelines, and dashboards for OPS team projects and track performance metrics. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Business Analyst II Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field. 4+ years of experience in business analysis or project management in a public health or government setting. Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
