About the Role: As a Business Intake Manager supporting our Federal government client in contact center infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire business intake process, ensuring that requests from various Business Units are captured accurately and efficiently. This involves coordinating with team members to establish clear procedures for request submission and tracking those requests through to completion/fulfillment. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Facilitating Weekly Meetings: Organize and facilitate weekly meetings with program leads, requirements analysts, and project managers During these meetings, review submitted requests, assess requests that are currently under submitted/Review/Clarification status Track progress, resolve issues, and prioritize tasks Updating SharePoint Power App: Maintain and update the SharePoint power app used to track submitted requests Ensure that the app accurately reflects the status of each request, including any updates or changes made during the intake process Provide enhancements to power apps as team members request new features Continual Workflow Updates: Responsible for continually updating workflows to ensure that the requests are directed to the appropriate POCs Regularly review and refine the intake process to optimize efficiency and accuracy Facilitate prompt resolution, and minimizing delays in service delivery Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive Location: You will work as part of a remote team. Required Experience/Skills: A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience Adept with advanced IT principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices Agile project management best practices, and familiarity with multiple Agile software suites Expert meeting facilitator. Expert with MS SharePoint Power App. Experience with business process flows, process efficiency, and process tracking Expert level of briefings creation and presentation to senior management officials on complex/controversial issues. Expert level oral and written communication. Ability to communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical personnel. U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Preferred Experience/Skills: Knowledge of contact center operations and related technologies Agile project management certification(s) Preexisting IRS or Treasury clearance with MBI letter.
