We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building comprehensive data sets in SQL Server, developing insightful BI reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, and engaging in meaningful discussions with business leaders to understand requirements and proactively develop new reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server data sets to support business analytics and reporting needs.

Create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge.

Develop and maintain rich, interactive, and visually appealing reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their requirements and deliver comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights.

Proactively identify opportunities for new reports and analytics that can drive business value.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reporting and data visualization outputs.

Provide training and support to business users on Power BI functionality and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Partner with colleagues in Data Engineering team to maximize the use of the ARCO Datawarehouse.

Monitor and understand Associate adoption of report. Proactively address areas of concern.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server and experience building complex data sets.

Expertise in Power BI report and dashboard development.

Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business leaders and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
