HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

This is a fully remote 6 month contract position - Must have experience developing SOW and RFP requests. Procurement Category Manager will lead the development of key MRO/ MEP sub-category strategies.

YOU WILL:

Additionally, the Procurement Category Manager will lead the following in executing the sourcing and program development efforts for these key sub-categories including but not limited to:
  • Stakeholder management and project team creation
  • Project management of end-to-end sourcing and program development and reporting to leadership
  • Execute sourcing and procurement led responsibilities (RFx, SOW development, program development, operationalization, implementation and contracting efforts)
  • Main focus:
    • Janitorial chemicals and equipment.
    • Elevators - new construction project tracking and RFP for development of new elevator program (RFP with major elevator companies to execute an RFP on elevators going into new build properties)
  • Potential focus:
    • Scheduling and administering key QBRs in various sub-categories of MRO/MEP - HVAC, elevators, chemicals, GPO overview, General MRO suppliers
    • Engineering Consultants - RFP to develop relationships with national engineering consultants to support directors of engineering at the property level with large scale CAPEX projects
    • HVAC program development with major HVAC equipment providers to develop programmatic offering to utilize core HVAC components (Air handling units, chillers, boilers, dedicated outdoor air supply systems, etc.)
