Description
- Oversee and resolve a range of complex property and liability claims, ensuring efficient and fair outcomes for complex cases
- Liaise with independent adjusters and insurance carriers to manage and coordinate assigned claims
- Communicate claim status and updates to agents, policyholders, and internal teams via email and phone
- Handle claims documentation, including processing expenses and payments, and maintain accurate records
- Utilize diary tools to actively manage and prioritize your caseload, addressing aging reports for timely resolution
- Support departmental operations by training new staff, participating in special projects, and backing up the manager as needed
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of claims related experience
- Experience with Complex Property and Liability Claims
- Adjuster or Claims License Required
- Ability to interpret policy language
