Data Analyst This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen. Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Data Analyst who will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for various CDC public health initiatives. The role involves working with large datasets, performing statistical analyses, and assisting in survey and research panel development to inform policy decisions and program improvements. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Data Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Data Analyst Responsibilities Include: Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from interviews, focus groups, and other sources. Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, barriers, and insights regarding the VFC program. Collaborate with the research team to support data-driven recommendations. Prepare detailed reports and visual presentations of findings for CDC and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with CDC data security and privacy protocols. Provide monthly project progress updates to the CDC program manager. Perform other data-related tasks as required. Data Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's or higher-level degree in statistics, data science, public health, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and analysis in a public health setting. Proficient in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, Power BI, or similar software. Experience in developing data visualizations and presentations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
