REQUIRED:
BA degree with 2 - 4 years of experience
Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's) and analyze large sets of data.
NICE TO HAVE:
SQL (pull and analyze data)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
These individuals will be applying an investigative SOP to determine if pages/entities are violating our policies for inauthentic engagement. In short, they'll review a set of signals to identify fraudulent behavior. SQL skills can be beneficial in this role, but not a requirement with some of the increasing improvements we've made. A strong ability to navigate ambiguous situations is important though.
Ideal candidate will have experience such as Labeling Analyst, Trust and Safety Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst (oversee labeling work), Data Annotator (analyzing large data sets), etc Labeling workflows, labeling guidelines, quality assurance and root cause analysis.

The Data Labeling Analyst (DLA) will contribute to large projects and leverage analytical skills to help deliver lasting impact on Client products. If you thrive in ambiguous environments and love finding areas for improvement, you've come to the right place.
The main function of a DLA is to support and improve the quality of our labeling programs. DLAs support our project managers and partner with our global vendors to ensure all operational metrics meet targets. DLAs are expected to become Subject Matter Experts on labeling workflows and help deliver lasting impact for the product teams we support.
