Job description

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced program with DCS Corp's U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Ground Vehicle Systems Center engineering group located in Warren, MI. As an experienced DevSecOps Engineer, you will work alongside our Ground Vehicle Robotics customer, applying your knowledge and skills by providing technical engineering services that support the development and maintenance of software build pipelines for our customer's projects.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead efforts to maintain and improve our customer's existing Jenkins-based build pipeline.

Collaborate with program management to identify and address areas of program need related to the CI/CD pipeline, including requirements related to safety and cybersecurity.

Work with project developers to enhance automation within the CI/CD pipeline to improve overall developer efficiency and code reliability.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Applicant must hold or be able to obtain a Secret-level security clearance.

Applicant must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related sciences or higher.

At least eight years of professional experience developing and maintaining software development pipelines are required.

Experience using Jenkins or other CI/CD management tools is required.

Experience with source code management tools such as Git and Subversion.

Experience with Atlassian project management tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.

Desired Skills:

Experience using Ansible or other infrastructure-as-code tools.

Experience with artifact repository managers such as Artifactory.

Experience using and developing on Linux-based operating systems.

Experience using and integrating code scanning tools such as Sonarqube or Fortify into a codebase.
