Position Summary

Keystone Management is seeking a Multi-Site Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across multiple client accounts. This role will involve managing day-to-day maintenance needs, coordinating client service requests, and providing advisory support on projects and tasks. The role may require occasional evening and weekend availability.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Midtown)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $93,000 - $106,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of facilities totaling over 250,000 sq ft and ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Oversee instillation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
  • Provide weekly status updates to Keystone Leadership and submit project and budget reports.
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and contract compliance.
  • Address client needs, oversee facility maintenance, and coordinate services such as janitorial, landscaping, and waste removal.
  • Perform site walk-throughs, document maintenance needs, and provide feedback to clients.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, including MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as CMMS and construction management software
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams and supervising employees.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred.

Working Conditions
  • Full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime or additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to varied environments, including mechanical, electrical, and noise hazards as well as inclement weather.

Additional Requirements
  • Successful completion of Keystone Management and FAA background checks.
  • Valid drivers license and driving history check.
  • Reside within 30 minutes of Midtown, Atlanta, GA.
