Currently, we are hiring for a General Manager in your area! The General Manager is responsible for leading and managing branch operations to safely achieve business goals, engage employees, satisfy customers, and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:
What will I be doing in this position?
We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:
Oversee the daily operations and performance objectives of a branch
Foster high-performance culture and work environment, focusing on safety, inclusivity, and accountability
Recruit, guide, train, and develop management and staff
Train employees on safety and other company policies and procedures and maintain training records
Monitor and ensure that licensing is appropriate and compliant per city and state requirements
Ensure that branch follow industry, safety, health and business laws and regulations
Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
Assist with escalated customer issues and the management of incidents
Achieve branch business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets and KPIs
Maximize company profits at assigned branch location

Qualifications:
Am I qualified for this position? You are if you have the following:
2+ years of management experience
Hold an active Driver's license with a clean driving record (must pass a motor vehicle record check and be 21 years of age to drive a Company vehicle and qualify for our vehicle insurance)
Have a commitment to safety in all job areas: driving, service and training
Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
Are willing to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays
Earn and maintain the state required training and licensing
Specific consideration will be given to candidates who meet the above qualifications and who:
Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Have pest control industry management experience
Have state required pest control operator licensing
