Requirements:
2-3 years- experience with ServiceNow (ITSM and HR Case Management) including administration and maintenance of:Incident, Problem, HR Case Management, and SLAs

Change Management and CAB

Asset Management

Workflow design and automation

CMDB

Performance Analytics and Reporting

Employee Center Portal and Mobile Experiences

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including configuration, customization, and integration

Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical customers, including:Training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.

Developing and maintaining user guides, training materials, and documentation, including Knowledge Management within ServiceNow.

Documenting processes, configurations, and workflows to meet compliance and governance requirements

Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular

Ability to work independently and consistently track multiple projects to completion, staying within the agreed scope and delivery schedule

High integrity and experience with handling sensitive data, such as PII and other HR-related information

Desired Skills:
Experience with SharePoint administration and design

Experience developing in other areas is a strong plus, includingSharePoint development and/or MS Teams integration

Microsoft SQL Server database (Transact SQL, SSIS and/or ADF, SSRS, SSAS/DAX, PowerBI, and other reporting environments)

Custom web applications in Blazor, .NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages

Experience developing software for a secure environment

Experience with design and development in DNN or similar content management platforms

Description:
Initial duties will consist of:

Assist with deployment of ServiceNow to automate or replace existing HR and IT processes

Maintain company intranet (HTML and SharePoint) and public website (DNN)

Resolving support tickets relating to assigned areas

Work with internal customers and IT Business Analysts to define software requirements based on end goals and customer needs

Document system interfaces and architecture for internal IT reference

Create end user documentation as needed

As ServiceNow deployment is completed, ServiceNow development is expected to slow down and this role will begin assisting in other development areas, including:

SharePoint maintenance, design, development, and integration

Report and dashboard development using on-prem and cloud Microsoft tools (Transact SQL, SSIS and/or ADF, SSRS, SSAS/DAX, PowerBI)

Software design, development, and maintenance of existing applications

Anticipate potential issues and test software to ensure consistent quality, including .NET and other full stack applications

Recommend improvements to software components and system architecture

Provide technical support and administration of application software
