HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

Successful candidate will have experience with SQL as well as project management, data exploration, population sizing, data extraction, design of experiment (DOE), legal review of data usage, and offline/online channel management.
Oversee planning, execution, and production support of marketing campaigns.

Minimum Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of relational database structures and principles
• Basic exposure and/or experience using Microsoft Access, SAS, SQL, UNICA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other database access tools with a strong desire to build even greater proficiency in these types of tools
• Ability to build and interpret business requirements documents and translate defined requirements into detailed targeting specifications
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating complex issues to a wide variety of both technical and non-technical audiences, front line workers and senior executives in either one to one or group settings
• Experience working in a fast-past environment and managing multiple priorities
• Project management experience

Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of direct marketing campaign process including DOE construction, campaign design, measurement and tracking
• Experience working in the financial industry
• Willing to question the status quo and take assignments to lead a group of peers on capability improvement initiatives.
