Location: Remote (Pacific or Mountain Time only)

Duties:What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies to effectively engage ServiceNow partners and the internal Global Partnerships & Channels audiences.

  • Write and edit a variety of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, event collateral, social media posts, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.

  • Support partner event initiatives, including demand generation efforts to drive registration, engagement, and follow-up activities.

  • Work closely with the internal Global Partnerships and Channels team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.

    Skills:In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and with partners. A can-do attitude, willing to step in and help wherever needed, with no task too big or small.

  • Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and 3-5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content across various mediums. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite, Canva, and LinkedIn is a plus.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Adaptability: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company: While a background in B2B or partner ecosystems is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with specific tools and platforms: While knowledge of tools such as Marketo, SharePoint, and Adobe Analytics is advantageous, it is not essential.

  • Event expertise: While experience in event support is a bonus, candidates do not need to be experts in driving demand for events.
