This is a 100% REMOTE job( Consultant should be on the West Coast).

Required Skills:

Looking for someone with Research operations skills that include invoicing, POs, paying incentives to our customers, and pulling samples for the research team under Pii compliance.

We would like someone that is organized, can handle new and existing contracts and is a great culture fit for Client.

Duties:

Manages general activities of an organization's operations in a non-manufacturing environment. Develops and implements company policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures.

Evaluates and enhances current operational systems. Prepares reports and audits to monitor and improve operations effectiveness. May coordinate communication between different functions.

Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
