• Qualified Operations Associate can work remotely from anywhere in the United States

Must-Have Skills:

Organized and process driven

Good people skills

Ease with learning new technology and tools (including Google suite of products, G-suites)

Nice to have skills:

Prior project management experience

Worked in fast paced start-up environment

Have a bent towards UX/graphic design skills for certain projects

Job Description:

This CW will work on improvements within product legal, including developing training materials, knowledge management resources such as Google sites and work with attorneys to streamline processes to support product launch legal reviews. Scope may also include onboarding new secondees.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Experience in developing/implementing solutions or operational improvements

Strong ability to work independently, be organized, and manage one's time.

Strong ability to create relationships with Client teams.

Technologically savvy and experienced with Google and Microsoft suites.

Knowledge of Asana tools is a plus.
