Overview:
The Operations Site Administrator will help lead day-to-day department operations by setting the direction, vision, strategy, and culture for the team. Coordinates activities within the practice to maintain an effective operating environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Master's degree in related field may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Two to four years healthcare operations, business or administrative experience required, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Other equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be considered.

Minimum of five (5) years office management preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational, customer service and project management skills.

Excellent phone etiquette.

Works across organization in assisting with area of expertise; i.e. nursing, employee health, medical records, patient engagement. Serves as role model for all

Helps plan, evaluate, recommend, and implement new initiatives when

Monitors and helps arrange training for staff on an ongoing basis in accordance with applicable performance standards.

Responsible for assuring customer/patient service needs are met. Monitors patient service feedback and contributes to the process of resolving complaints and service issues. Plans and initiates process improvement and cost reduction

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, employees, other managers, and providers. Supports a positive image of the center inside and outside the

Proactively identifies opportunities to expand revenue sources.

Reports findings and issues to the Director of Operations and CEO on a weekly basis.
