About the Role
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Manager with a strong background in waterfall methodologies to lead a team of Business Analysts (Client) and Project Managers (PMs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that processes align with the company's objectives, and promoting a structured approach to project management. You will be accountable for coaching and mentoring your team while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.

Project Oversight: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with waterfall methodologies.

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects, balancing workload and priorities to meet project deadlines.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management and business analysis processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues early, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Communication: Ensure clear, consistent communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadership regarding project status, risks, and milestones.

Budget and Timeline Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered within financial and timeline constraints.

Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper project documentation is maintained and provide regular project reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role.

Proven track record managing Business Analysts and Project Managers.

Deep expertise in waterfall methodologies and its application in complex projects.

Strong understanding of business analysis principles and how they integrate into the project lifecycle.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.).

PMP certification REQUIRED.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

Knowledge of change management processes.

Understanding of SDLC and experience with software development projects.

Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
