Job description

Lead the implementation of an AI chatbot specifically designed for enhancing our procurement processes. This role involves close collaboration with key internal partners including the Procurement Programs team, Finance Technology (FTG) team, and Integrations team, as well as external partnership with our chosen supplier.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Take charge of the AI chatbot project from conception through to successful implementation, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, effectively managing relationships with internal teams (Procurement Programs, FTG, Integrations) and the external supplier, to ensure alignment and project success.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with procurement leadership to define and articulate project goals and strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Technical Oversight: Coordinate with the FTG and Integrations teams to ensure the AI chatbot's seamless integration with existing systems and platforms, addressing any technical challenges that arise.

Supplier Coordination: Manage the relationship with supplier, ensuring they are aligned with the project's goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project timeline and outcomes.

Success Management: Develop success metrics and reporting to measure success of chatbot interactions with employees. Partner with internal teams and supplier to continuously evolve bot performance.

Reporting: Compile and send out weekly updates to senior leadership, providing clear insights into project progress, achievements, and any necessary course corrections.
