Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Program Manager Non-IT

Position type: Part time Contract (24hrs per week)
Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote .

As a Program Manager Non-IT, you will be responsible for

Programmatic support, encompassing project planning, research and implementation of new content and features, to be completed under the oversight of the Staying Sharp Program Director.

Job Description

• Manage the creative development, production and implementation of digital content related to Staying Sharp Challenges, and other premium content types. This includes content relating to: Building Healthy Habits and Purpose.
• Content production also includes videos, and collaboration with Design and Product Development.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on implementation of new product features.
• Collaborate with digital designers on the creation of web assets; this includes interfacing with various groups within the organization to assist in the development / approval of all designated content and features.
• Manage the production calendar including planning, prioritization and implementation.
• Ensure that requirements for all content are defined and implemented accordingly.
• Assist in reporting on analytics and program performance.
• Ensure that content displays on the platform according to product needs, insuring a high-level of quality.
• Research on one specific topic related to Brain Health, to help define future content implementation

Ideal Candidates will have -

• Program Management experience - 5+ year is preferred
• Content experience - in the heath space would be preferred
• College degree required

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : $65/hr - $70/hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
