    Summary:

  • Program Manager with 4-6 years of experience managing complex global programs with multiple workstream and stakeholders. Requirements include strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, superb organizational skills, experience with data driven strategy.

  • Looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and organized program manager to run the operations and partner on strategy for a global program, while also contributing support to other programs. This person will wear multiple hats and work with several internal POCs and providing customer service to external parties.

    Responsibilities:

  • Planning and monitoring: Plan and monitor the execution of program(s), tracking data and developing recommendations for growth

  • Risk management: identify and address problems and risks, and take corrective measurements.

  • Strong Internal and External Comms: Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, clients, and management, to ensure effective collaboration and program support.

  • Program documentation: Create and manage program documents (processes, timelines, etc)

  • Deliverables: align deliverables with program outcomes, executing timely and accurately

  • Excellent Multi-tasking: ability to handle multiple workstreams and details

  • Team-oriented mentality: working closely with multiple teams to help move the program forward

    Years of Experience:

  • 4-6

    Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Run operations for global program, working internally and externally to ensure program growth and success. This includes data interpretation, customer service, website updates and other day to day operations.

  • Support on other global program tasks as needed

  • Position falls within the Learning & Certifications Team, under Global Programs. This person will have 1 peer.
