Atlanta's go-to general contractor for luxury high rise interiors is seeking a detail oriented project manager to work on projects local to the Atlanta Metro area.

Our client is a family-owned general contractor that has created some of Atlanta's most luxurious residential spaces for over 70 years. Since their inception, they have earned a strong reputation for their meticulous attention to detail and delivering projects with the highest level of craftsmanship. Specializing in both Class A Residential Interiors and Class A Commercial Interiors, they focus exclusively on serving the Atlanta area.

Description

This project manager will be responsible for leading their own project under the direction of the Senior Project Manager with the opportunity to mentor assistants and be trained for a senior level role in the future. Main responsibilities include:

  • Run/manage project from start to finish
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

The successful candidate for this role should have 4+ years experience in a project manager role for a general contractor, possessing the following credentials:

  • Experience as a Project Manager in the Class A Interior Residential space
  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Successful history of leading a project from start to finish
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain relationships with clients and vendors
  • Proficient in relevant construction software including Procore and Excel
