3 must haves:

-Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effective communication is vital for ensuring clear expectations, updates, and feedback with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Good project managers need to actively listen and convey information clearly.

-Organizational and Time Management Skills: The ability to plan, prioritize, and manage resources efficiently is key to ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed. A project manager must juggle multiple tasks, track project progress, and adjust plans as necessary.

-Technical Proficiency: The ability to manage multiple platforms to support a team of social media marketers to include Sprout, Slack, SharePoint, and Teams. A project manager must be able to find solutions around managing different platforms for different outputs from the team as we scale globally.

Experience Level: 3-5 years Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor s degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
