Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Retention and Loyalty Manager to lead our efforts in creating and executing strategies that drive customer loyalty and increase retention rates. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retention marketing strategies, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.

My client is an innovative DTC beauty brand, who are dedicated to creating exceptional products that empower their customers. They believe in the power of beauty to inspire confidence and self-expression. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Retention and Loyalty Manager to help foster lasting relationships with our customers.
My client is offering a fully remote work model, unless you are located in Los Angeles. Then you will join the team onsite 2-3 times per week.
Description
Responsibilities as Retention and Loyalty Manager:
- Develop and implement comprehensive retention and loyalty strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement.
- Create and manage loyalty programs that reward and incentivize repeat purchases and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business goals.
- Design and execute targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns, personalized offers, and other communication strategies to nurture customer relationships.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize retention strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to retention and loyalty marketing.
Profile
- 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong preference for experience in loyalty programs.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer retention strategies, particularly in the DTC or beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and a customer-centric approach.
