Roofing Service Sales Manager

A top commercial roofing contractor is looking for a Service Sales Manager that can manage their growing service division. This position offers a base salary, tremendous room for growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn massive commissions.

Service Sales Manager Qualifications


  • 3 years in supervisory position withing commercial roofing
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing products, standards and industry in general
  • Strong 360-degree communication with customers, management, peers, and direct reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Service Sales Manager Responsibilities


  • Communicate with customers, technician and management
  • Hire, train and mentor technicians. Create goals and help with development and hold staff meetings
  • Responsible for safety audits and production schedule
  • Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
  • Oversee customer invoices and accounts receivable
  • Work Orders and Bid sheets weekly to establish workload and fluctuations
  • Track finances of work and provide progress reports

Service Sales Manager Compensation


  • Base salary depending on experience
  • Aggressive bonus/commissions plan
  • Retirement plan, company equipment
