Our direct client is looking for a Salesforce PSS Technical Team Lead for a 100% Remote Contract position (Client is in Concord, NH).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
IMPORTANT - READ FULLY:
- Candidates MUST have experience in a Technical Development Team Lead role overseeing a development team. This is not just a Senior Developer position but a true Technical Team Lead role.
- Candidates MUST have experience working with Salesforce's dedicated data model: Public Sector Solutions. If your candidate has not worked specifically with this Salesforce Public Sector Solutions dedicated data model, DO NOT SUBMIT THEM.
- Position can be fully remote - selected resources must be located within the contingent United States and must remain within the contingent United States for all work while in this role. Candidates must be able to work on the client's Eastern Time Zone business hours.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
The State of New Hampshire's Department of Health and Human Services is currently licensed for the use of the Salesforce Platform. Within this licensing there are several communities that have pre-built resources that allow for the rapid development of services available to the Division using a low code, no code maxim. This rapid development will allow the division to provide multiple solutions at no additional licensing cost to individual business units. However, the current lack of skilled salesforce resources prevents the agency from fully utilizing the salesforce platform.

Augmenting the current staff with skilled resources in this role will enable the division to fully utilize the salesforce platform and provide services to state users and the public that currently use resource and/or manually intensive antiquated applications and/or processes for day-to-day business.

DHHS is working to develop and deploy an Incident Management System (IMS) for the tracking of incidents such as helpdesk tickets, sentinel events, seclusions & restraints, etc. Program staff and external community users need to be able to input their required information and then the state staff can route the input as needed to provide resolution in a secure, HIPAA compliant reportable database.

Responsibilities in this role will relate to the overall development of the Incident Management System in the enterprise Salesforce org according to the requirements and development of data feeds to the DHHS Enterprise Business Solution (EBI) to ensure the data flow captured appropriately to support DHHS EBI where further analysis can occur.

Responsibilities include:
- Leads multiple programming activities and projects adhering to the current SDLC process and common agile practices instilling commitment to quality, customer service, ownership, and teamwork.
- Leverages Salesforce's dedicated data model: Public Sector Solutions configuration and/or customization to build and deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Designs, documents, and reviews detailed functional specifications, system specifications, and program specific actions to be performed by the software to meet requirements and business needs.
- Strong foundation in the underlying Salesforce Public Sector data model and keeping with a 'Salesforce Public Sector First' approach in mind.
- Ensures work remains within the agreed scope.
- Manages and updates progress towards Application Team objectives, assists Application Team members in resolving problems, and engages in personnel management and guidance to Application Team members.
- Develops and manages short and long-term plans and schedules for the team while balancing workload with Application Teams capacity by managing the Application Teams activities according to schedule.
- Reviews estimates for accuracy and completeness composed by other team members.
- Manages the accomplishment of delivery metrics to support contractual obligations in the areas of service delivery and on time performance commitments and productivity improvement.
- Manages and directs Application Team activities employing appropriate program management and planning principles and Tracks work plan baseline against results.
- Perform Analysis, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation as well as assists Application Team members in development activities and reviews tasks as required.
- Create workflows of varying complexity leveraging the Salesforce platform
- APEX development, development of VisualForce and Lightning pages and Lightning Web components.
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other State systems, including legacy systems.
- Collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business.
- Code review custom developed code and make necessary technical adjustments and recommendations, assuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, include test cases.
- Perform basic platform configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, etc.), creating reports and dashboards, and data management.
- Groom and Refine the Salesforce application backlog.
- Review solutions and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrator in regard to release cycles to implement and deploy updates to existing applications and code.
- Work as directed by DoIT management to meet DoIT coding standards and best practices and should be familiar with test-driven development and "no code, low code, custom" maxim.
- Facilitates communication and knowledge sharing within the Application Teams.
- Oversees the resolution of production problems.

SKILL MATRIX:

- Experience with APEX, SOQL, Creating Workflows - Required
- Experience leading development through full SDLC using Agile SCRUM - Required
- Copado, SAFe Agile, Informatica ETL, Tableau/Power BI, CA Workload experience - Strong plus to have
- Certifications: Certified Salesforce Developer and/or Certified Salesforce Administrator - Strong plus to have
