Overview:
Are you a financial pro ready to make your mark? As our Senior Corporate Accountant, you'll support the Regional Director of Finance in driving financial excellence at Davidson Hotels & Resorts. This is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic accounting role and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Advisor: Be the trusted financial resource and advisor for our hotel financial and management teams.

Timely Reporting: Ensure that monthly hotel financial statements are meticulously prepared, reviewed for precision, and distributed promptly for a select set of hotels under the guidance of the Regional Controller.

Reconciliation Expert: Master monthly bank account and balance sheet reconciliations with precision and timeliness.

Report Maestro: Take charge of preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports for hotels, owners, and investors.

Audit Support: Partner with the regional director of finance to prepare for annual audits.

Vendor Partnership: Review the accuracy of new accounts payable vendor requests and support accounts payable invoice posting as needed.

Custom Reports: Produce additional monthly financial reports based on requirements.

This position will be based at our corporate office in Atlanta with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: A degree from a four-year college, preferably with an accounting concentration.

Experience: Five+ years of related experience, with a preference for hospitality industry knowledge.

Financial Proficiency: Command of accounts payable, payroll, debits and credits, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts receivables, bank reconciliation, and cash flow projections.

Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Accounting Know-How: Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
