Sentrisk is an AI-powered platform which integrates best-in-market data capabilities and
infuses 150+ years of Marsh McLennan risk expertise to empower companies to take control of their supply chain risk.

We will count on you to:
Frame and support the implementation of Sentrisk venture strategy from launch to scale, including operationalizing our core business model
Ensure that the commercial & product strategy is anchored on a deep understanding of the client and market dynamics and overall MMC objectives
Directly support the Sentrisk leadership team in decision making, investor and advisory board (MMC) communications, and external communications
Own the go-to-market strategy & roadmap, interacting with other teams as necessary to support the overall commercial proposition across core Sentrisk business pillars:
- Brokerage Services (via marsh)
- Risk advisory and consulting (via Marsh advisory and OW)
- Financial Services proposition (via OW)
Work closely with cross-functional leads to help set business requirements to guide development
Act as liaison to the distribution teams, primarily within Marsh (advisory and brokerage) and help activate the sales force
Support the Sentrisk Commercial Director and help build out the commercial team & operating model, cultivating a high-performing team culture

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,100 to $256,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
