Job Number: R Special Operations Programs Strategist
Key Role: Lead strategic efforts in product creation, development, and positioning of tactical systems. Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions to clients. Apply advanced business and te chn ological strategies to tackle complex problems, driving innovation and efficiency. Manage leadership responsibilities across various job functions, ensuring smooth coordination of both te chn ical and business challenges. Use effective leadership and communication skills to influence others, gain mutual agreements, and share abstract concepts. Understand trends, developments, and innovations within the industry and how they may apply to client e nga gements. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with Naval Spe cia l Warfare or DoD leadership in combat arms Experience managing cross-functional projects and overseeing budget s, timelines, and stakeholder e nga gement Experience overseeing procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring readiness for critical marketing and mission e nga gements Experience leveraging advanced communications systems and te chn ologies to enhance mission effectiveness and operational efficiency Experience using Micro sof t Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to manage cross-functional teams in complex, high-stakes projects and environments Ability to create and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the defense sector Ability to create a culture of e nga gement, collaboration, and teamwork Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: 5+ years of experience collaborating with global defense partners, managing joint operations, and ensuring interoperability across various mission-critical functions Experience c ond ucting risk assessments and advising leadership on strategic decisions to mitigate operational risks Experience with project management, ensuring timely completion within budget ary constraints Experience presenting and advising senior leadership on operational strategies Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree in Business Administration or International Relations Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
