Senior Payroll Specialist

Contract

The Senior Payroll Specialist manages multi-country payroll operations for the Americas (US, Canada, Chile), ensuring compliance with US Federal and State wage/hour regulations (FLSA). This role oversees payroll processes and addresses payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Process US payroll using ADP Vantage, managing on-cycle/off-cycle and resolving payroll discrepancies.

Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Handle garnishments, wage assessments, child support, and tax levies.

Respond to payroll inquiries and process confidential data requests.

Prepare payroll reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Ensure accurate remittances of deductions and taxes.

Requirements:

8+ years of payroll experience in a large corporate environment.

Expertise in ADP Vantage, Excel, and HRIS systems like Workday.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and discretion in handling confidential information.
