Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 7+ years of project management or program management experience in a PMO environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent education or certifications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience in a leadership role

Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
- Ability to balance many projects simultaneously, playing a variety of roles depending upon the status of the project and/or program.
- Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and approach opportunities in a flexible and creative manner
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
