Job description

The Surest Implementation Specialist has responsibility for Surest task coordination and execution, and plays a central role in the successful implementation for Surest new and renewing customers in Key Accounts and 51-99 segments.

The Surest IS works directly with Implementation Managers to stand up, track, and execute key tasks associated with Surest group setup. The IS captures key data, interacts with internal stakeholders, and addresses customizations/complications unique to Surest groups. The IS works within key Surest systems, including Jira, Box, Slack, as well as existing UHC tools such as AXIS and OBM - they provide a key bridge to ensure smooth implementation at Surest and with Surest downstream partners. This role holds direct responsibility for several critical tasks within the implementation/renewal lifecycle, including capturing key group identifiers, validating group documentation and data, creating and monitoring Surest-internal cross-functional tasks, and ensuring timely group installation.

Healthcare and project management experience is preferred.

Successful candidates will be able to pick up new processes and new tools quickly, and execute according to established policies and procedures.
